Books that have changed the trajectory of my life

Books

Early in my career, I was never a bookworm (I was hyper-focused on reading tax legislation and case law). More recently though, I have become an avid reader of a wide array of non-fiction books.

I’m often asked what books I would recommend to someone who is looking to change the trajectory of their life.

The list of books below are books that I have read more than once (an achievement for me) that have changed the trajectory of my life.

  • Man’s Search for Meaning by Victor Frankl

  • The Choice by Edith Eger

  • How to Measure Your Life by Clay Christensen, James Allworth and Karen Dillon

  • This is Water by David Foster Wallace

  • Hell Yeah or No: what’s worth doing by Derek Sivers

  • The Top Five Regrets of the Dying – A Life Transformed by the Dearly Departing by Bronnie Ware
